Strathclyde Park Rowing Club is a welcoming and ambitious community for rowers of all levels, based at one of Scotland’s premier rowing venues. With top-tier facilities, expert coaching, and a vibrant social scene, SPRC offers the perfect environment to learn, train, and thrive in the sport of rowing.

Our Story

Founded in 2000 on the banks of the purpose-built Strathclyde Loch, SPRC has grown into one of Scotland’s most dynamic rowing communities. With a proud history of developing talent and fostering a love for the sport, we’ve welcomed hundreds of rowers as members — from first-timers to the highest echelons of competition in Britain and abroad.

We are a club, governed and run by members. Everything that gets done is thanks to volunteers giving their time for the benefit of the club.

Our club is built on camaraderie, commitment, and a shared passion for rowing. Whether you're here to compete or just enjoy the water, you’ll find a home at SPRC.
